📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
🚚 Shipping Information
We currently ship only within Germany.

❗ Delays & Exceptions
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to external factors such as weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays.
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at info@str-appliances.com with your order number. We will gladly assist you.
🚫 Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
📮 Lost or Damaged Packages
STR-Appliances is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
